Nestled at the base of Vail Mountain, in the heart of the renowned Vail Village, Cucina combines a perfect location for one of the best breakfast restaurants in Vail. Steps away from Gondola One, Cucina's menu has everything that you could want from healthy options, house-made smoothies, fresh squeezed juices or hearty dishes that will keep you going all day while on the slopes.

Relax in our casual and friendly atmosphere before heading to the mountain or just come by and enjoy breakfast with the family. In addition to our wonderful breakfast and beginning in mid December, Cucina will be hosting après ski in the afternoons on the weekends. We will have a s'mores bar and hand crafted cocktails for everyone to enjoy.
