Created by the LaRoche family in 2013, E3 Chophouse is a dining experience not to be missed. Located on the magnificent Yampa River in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, E3 ranch raises the best seasonal, all-natural beef products available.
Our menus change frequently, allowing us to provide a variety of choices for our guests. Enjoy daily specials: jet fresh fish, wild game cooked to perfection, or, of course, our humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic-free beef and chops.
