Emmerson

In building Emmerson, we set out to create an all-day dining destination that could be a central gathering place for the Boulder community. Along the way, we’ve found our tribe. Emmerson is a collective of five passionate food and beverage professionals whose great pleasure it is to bring people together and deliver happiness, with every interaction, every pour, and every plate. As the project took shape, it became evident that this restaurant is an amalgamation of the things we love and the way we like to dine and drink, morning, noon and night. Emmerson is a Café, a Cocktail Bar, and a Neo-Bistro, serving from 7:00 am until midnight (sometimes later).
