At the helm is Executive Chef, Rob Zack, who began his career at Aspen's Hotel Jerome nearly 20 years ago. He is vital in recreating new menus, inspired cuisine and unique restaurant experiences throughout the hotel as part of the renovation project.

Prospect restaurant is our up-scale casual dining culinary epicenter of the hotel. The Living Room Bar is a relaxing and comfortable spot for small plates and cocktails. The infamous J-Bar is still a cornerstone of Aspen's local social fabric.
