ROSSO is an elegantly casual Italian Trattoria , owner Richard Couture, brings over 30 years of restaurant experience, opening the award winning American Club in Kohler, WI., to some of the finest Italian restaurants in New York City, Beverly Hills, and Naples. The warm, open kitchen features a wood-fired oven, in preparing your thin crust pizza. Using local, seasonal products whenever possible, the menu boasts a wood-fired grill. The C.A.B. center cut Filet Mignon and Ribeyes, are among the best steaks in town and the Chicken Parmesan--an American-Italian classic--sets the standard.
