Because we are a classroom first, we only provide service during academic semesters; service dates are limited and require a reservation. Courses Restaurant is not your typical restaurant - it's an interactive, real-life classroom experience for Ivy Tech Community College's culinary and hospitality management students. Your dining experience is a combination of the efforts of our students and instructors from multiple classes - including Customer Service, Bar Management, Event Management, Plated Desserts, Classical Cuisine, and Specialized Cuisine. It is all a part of the program that makes us a Center of Excellence for the college and meets the objectives for our accrediting body, the American Culinary Federation.
