A message from Chef-Owner Bill Trudnowski: I love pasta! I love garlic! In fact, I love the aromas and flavors that make up the global influence of foods from our Pacific Northwest. Adriatic Grill is the embodiment of my passion for Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Our Award winning, family run Adriatic Grill is steeped in rich European style and tradition, with welcoming family hospitality. Our cuisine is influenced by the many countries surrounding the Adriatic Sea. Our menu is seasonal, using local products, made fresh with the highest quality ingredients: hand made pizza dough…fresh fin fish and shellfish…meatballs made one at a time…hand selected choice quality steaks and chops…sauces, soups and desserts made in our kitchen daily.
