Welcome to Sams Ocean View Bar and Restaurant located on the water on the East side of Kauai just at the edge of Kapaa town. One of the best views on Kauai, SOV restaurant and Bar is open for Sunday Brunch 9 am to 3 pm and 6 days for happy hour and dinner, and closed Tuesdays. The SOV menu is inventive and globally inspired featuring some Italian, Spanish, Hawaiian, Latin American and North American Favorites. The décor is eclectic and warmly inviting with a beach theme, and the Bar is top class using only the freshest ingredients and best mixers. The Mai Tai is superb! Sam’s Ocean View is fun, friendly and cozy, and of course beautiful! Come for the view and stay for the food and service.
