Originally from NYC, Michael brought his big city feel to the cosmopolitan island of St. Thomas more than 14 years ago. He became the owner of Epernay in 2010 on the restaurant’s 20th anniversary. His vision for Epernay is an evolving, eclectic mix of European Bistro, NYC sleekness and the casualness of a well lived life in the Caribbean. Michael enjoys pairing his wines, Scotches, Bourbons and Tequilas with Chef Oleg’s daily creations to provide guests with the ultimate dining experience.
