With four generations of oyster expertise and a passion for farm-to-table dining, Travis Croxton's newest restaurant, Brine, sets Mosaic apart as a destination for seafood lovers.

Along with his family's famous Rappahannock and Olde Salt oysters at the raw bar, Croxton has enlisted renowned Chef John Critchley to set a menu leveraging the best of Mid-Atlantic bounty from seafood to regional meats and produce. Leveraging a wood-fired grill and rotisserie, guests will have a unique dining experience whether they're watching the chefs in our open kitchen, or talking to the shuckers at the raw bar.
