An “old world” communal beer hall, carrying American craft and European classics, as well as the delicious cooking of Central Europe.
In addition to properly handled beers, ciders and other great beverages, Bierocracy aims to change the status quo for pub food by serving tasty and wholesome meals inspired by the delicious cooking of Central Europe.
